DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATIONS
HJ260 is defined as fused type fluxes with low manganese high silicate and medium fluorine, color in grey with vitreous granules 10-60 meshes size.Fluxes are suitable for use with DC power, filler-wire will be connected to electrode positive, excellent features: stale elector-arc, nice weld appearance.
Flux match austenitic stainless steel wire (S308、S309、S410 etc.)being used for welding acid-proof stainless steel structures and cladding on rolls.

Remark
1. Before welding, fluxes should be baked for two hours at 300-350℃.
2. Removal of rust, oil, dirt, water, impurities, etc in welding-areas.
